Objective

The Wilkinson Group was retained by Cisco (Cisco Systems) in May 2006 to create, manage and negotiate the naming rights deal between the Oakland Athletics and Cisco for the proposed new A’s stadium to be built in Fremont, CA. in 2011.

Result

30 year deal at $4,000,000 a year, plus typical escalators and technology commitments, that will create the most technologically advanced, fan-friendly, 33,000 seat baseball stadium in the world, to be called Cisco Field.
